Senior Executive - Employee Benefit Claims
As a Senior Executive – Employee Benefit Claims (Corporate Insurance & Client Servicing) plays a crucial role in managing employee benefit claims while ensuring a seamless experience for corporate clients. This role involves liaising with clients, insurance providers and third-party administrators (TPAs) to facilitate smooth claim processing, resolve escalations and provide expert guidance on policy coverage. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Corporate Insurance, Client Servicing or Broking experience preferred)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
Compensation: Up to INR 4.2 LPA (based on experience and performance)
Requirements
Process and review employee benefit claims, including Group Health Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance and Group Personal Accident.
Coordinate with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance companies for claim processing and approvals.
Track claims and update clients regarding their claim status.
Assist in case of claim escalations, rejections, or disputes.
Act as a point of contact between clients, hospitals and insurance providers.
Educate clients about policy coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.
Conduct awareness sessions for corporate employees on insurance benefits.
Arrange and attend client meetings at regular intervals.
Organize wellness activities in corporate settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of insurance policies, TPA processes and medical terminologies.
Excellent problem-solving and persuasive abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office & Email Writing.
Ability to handle customer grievances effectively.
