We’re hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure Platform team. This group builds and operates the foundational systems that power our AI-driven security agents—from ingestion pipelines and event processing infrastructure to internal developer tooling and observability.
Responsibilities- Lead the infrastructure engineering team responsible for data pipelines, cloud architecture, and internal platforms.
- Drive the design and delivery of scalable systems to support real-time alert processing, context retrieval, and multi-tenant deployments.
- Define the infrastructure roadmap in partnership with Product, Security, and AI Engineering.
- Own the availability and performance of our core platform services.
- Introduce and evolve platform abstractions that improve developer experience and velocity.
- Implement strong observability, alerting, and automation to enable reliable operations.
- Hire and grow top-tier infrastructure and SRE talent.
- Lead key architectural decisions related to cloud infrastructure, orchestration, and data storage.
- Set engineering best practices in areas like CI/CD, infra-as-code, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership or management roles.
- Deep experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
- Track record of building reliable, scalable backend systems and data pipelines.
- Strong familiarity with observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Background in security infrastructure or platforms with high data volume (e.g., SIEM, EDR, data lakes).
- Prior experience in early-stage startups or zero-to-one infra buildouts.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and stream processing (e.g., Kafka, Pulsar).
- Experience with internal developer platforms or platform engineering.
