1. Achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales Target

  • Forecasting & Demand planning
  • Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Sales targets
  • Timely co-ordination with external & internal stakeholders
  • Compliance of statutory requirements
  • Responsible for timely Receivables
  • Develop understanding of market dynamics & develop strategies to gain incremental business

2. Increase Share of Business by displacing competition

  • Thorough understanding of customer application, market segment, Competition & regulatory standards
  •  Make business winning proposals at SSI Customers
  •  Prepare Value Story for Copeland products & influence customers with value proposition
  • New product introduction, facilitate product Qualification & field trials

3. Identify new growth opportunities

  •  Work with Influencing & Governing bodies
  •  Conduct product gap analysis & come up with product strategies
  •  Build inroads in upcoming business segments by positioning Products & Services

4. Manage key customer relationship

  • Develop cordial & healthy relationship across all levels of customer’s organization
  •  Enhance customer satisfaction by value added services & customized solutions
  •  Transfer system knowledge, key trends & help upgrade customer skills
  • Collaborate with plants, & allied functions like Marketing, AE to deliver best customer experience

5.Engage with customers for New Product Development

  • Develop strong understanding about customer’s product development roadmap & next 2 year’s strategy
  • Participate in SSI OEMs product development plan by ensuring Product qualification
  •  Conduct competition analysis & position Copeland product  

Education and Professional Qualifications:

BE (Mech)

Requirements and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with specialization in Mechanical/Refrigeration
  • Management degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Min. 8 years of relevant experience, with minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High on Customer-`orientation, Interpersonal relationship
  • Superior Communication skills
  • Assertive, Outspoken, Clarity of thoughts
  • Ready to travel extensively
  • Ability to resolve conflicts & comfortable with ambiguous situation
  • Should be expert in MS Office applications, SalesForce (CRM Tool)
  • Must have analytical ability and clarity of thought
