Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and reliability tooling. This role partners closely with engineering teams to improve delivery velocity, system resilience, and operational excellence for our cloud-native security platform.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting microservices-based architectures.
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters and supporting platform services.
- Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting for production systems.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and reduce operational toil.
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as needed.
People Manager Responsibility
- This position does not have management responsibilities.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container-based deployments.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD).
- Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
- Solid scripting or programming experience (Python, Bash, Go).
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
