Primary Responsibilities:
  • Management and manipulation of mostly structured data
  • Delivering Business Intelligence solutions using Agile software development process
  • Conducting analysis, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality
  • Utilize Python and its libraries (scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch) for data processing and model development
  • Design, build, and optimize AI models and generative AI applications
  • Create and fine-tune prompts for generative AI systems, including zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought approaches
  • Implement and manage RAG modeling using vector databases
  • Creating specifications to bring data into a common structure
  • Creating product specifications and reporting models
  • Performing data analysis and interpreting data/business insights
  • Develop and maintain data preparation and validation routines to support data mining
  • Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information, collects and researches data, uses intuition and experience to complement data, design workflows and procedures
  • Developing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for use across the internal/external stakeholder and leadership
  • Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed
  • Identify production and non-production application issues.
  • Provide technical support and consultation for database and infrastructure questions
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in AI and machine learning
  • Experience in database design, programming, testing and implementation using SQL with standard practices and procedures.
  • Experience in writing TSQL statements, stored procedures and views using industry best practices for security and efficiency.
  • On-the job experience working with relational database management systems like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle etc.
  • Hands-on experience in ETL methodologies.
  • Experience in building business intelligence solutions preferably using Snowflake
  • Experience and understanding on database performance tuning, database Management, requirements analysis, software development fundamentals
  • Experience in investigating and responding to routine or standard requests
  • Experience in solving complex problems and developing innovative solutions
  • Experience in dealing with global customers to gather requirements and translate them into solutions using the necessary skills
  • Understanding of LLM, Transformer, AI frameworks and libraries such as Tensorflow, PyTorch or similar
  • Proficiency in end-to-end analytics
  • Proven exposure in data analysis and business insights
  • Proven ability to conduct analysis to ensure quality of data at various stages of its evolution
  • Proven excellent problem solving, documentation skills, written & verbal communication skills
  • Proven excellent data Maintenance, database Security, promoting process improvement skills
  • Proven ability to drive for excellence with a solid sense of urgency
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proven ability to get to the bottom of issues (root-cause)
  • Proven ability to be a creative problem-solver
  • Proven ability to build relationships with peers, team members and business partners
  • Proven ability to guide the planning and mitigation of critical tasks and timelines and align them to the over-all strategy
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimum support/mentoring
  • Proven willing to learn new technology
  • Proven open for development and support
  • Proven ability to write user and technical documentation
  • Proven to perform proof of concept analyses
  • Proven ability to quickly analyze existing code, identify performance/reliability/scalability issues, propose solutions, and code optimization/updates as required

Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience in building data pipelines using Azure data integration tools
