Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines that power analytics, reporting, and machine learning across the organization. You will work on Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, MongoDB, and SQL to deliver high-quality, reliable, and performant data solutions. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and governance.

Key Skills & Tools:

• Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake), Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory

• Strong SQL and MongoDB expertise (schema design, query optimization)

• Python/Scala for data workflows and automation

• Cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)

• Data modeling, performance tuning, and governance tools (Collibra/Purview)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across diverse data sources.

• Design scalable data models to support BI and ML use cases.

• Optimize database and pipeline performance for cost and speed.

• Ensure data quality, reliability, and compliance with governance standards.

• Collaborate with analysts, scientists, and business teams to deliver data solutions.
