  • Manage Meraki's data warehouse platform, ensuring usability, scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Establish Data privacy and governance by classifying data, managing PII, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

  • Drive projects independently by taking ownership, ensuring accountability, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

What Skills You Posses

  • BS or MS in Computer Science / related technical field or equivalent combination of graduate degree and work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Python writing professional production level code and tests.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in designing and building ETL pipelines to onboard data to data warehouses such as Snowflake.
  • Skilled in managing large-scale data operations and optimizing performance for efficiency and scalability.
  • Proven track record in implementing data privacy and governance practices, including data classification, PII handling, and applying compliance policies for retention, masking, deletion, and anonymization.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with AWS or other cloud environments.

  • Experience with real-time data streaming tools (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis).
  • Expertise in workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
  • Experience implementing Data Quality and working with Data Quality tools (e.g. Monte Carlo).

  • Experience working with Data Catalog tools (e.g. Alation).

  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau.

  • Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

We encourage you to drop us a line even if you don’t have all the points above. That's a lot of different areas of responsibility! We will help you pick them up because we believe that great engineers come from diverse backgrounds.

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
