We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to assist our data analytics team. This role is pivotal in driving insights through data analysis, performance reporting, and visualization to support strategic decision-making across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets.
The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct data collection, exploration & analysis to uncover business insights, trends and patterns.
- Optimize data flow & architecture across operational and analytical platforms for efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by documenting processes and maintaining quality controls.
- Develop dashboards & reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, and finance to drive data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical thinking to solve complex problems, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Data mining & cleansing, and Data analysis.
- Advanced SQL.
- Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
- Experience with Big Query / Cloud platforms.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Strong skills in Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Statistics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
