ProArch is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing your advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and drive strategic decision-making. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to identify analytical requirements, develop functional reports, and provide recommendations based on data findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business strategies.
- Design and create dashboards and reports for stakeholders using data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analysis goals and KPIs.
- Conduct quantitative analysis on data from various sources to support business decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through thorough validation and quality assurance processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new analytical tools and methodologies.
To excel in this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
