The opportunity
As a Senior Data Analyst with a focus on data engineering, your responsibilities will center on building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines to support operational analytics for digital marketing efforts. You'll work closely with our Operations, Sales, Client Success and Audience Development teams to ensure a robust data infrastructure, supporting critical insights into digital performance and strategy. By creating and sustaining reliable, automated data flows, you'll enable seamless access to high-quality data across teams, helping drive decisions that enhance our web presence and increase conversion rates.
In this role, you'll be the key resource for digital marketing data solutions, troubleshooting complex data issues, and architecting scalable data systems. Success requires a deep focus on data accuracy, automation, and a continuous drive to improve data processes and analytical capabilities.

What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for integrating data from diverse digital marketing sources, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising platforms, ensuring reliable and timely data flow for operational reporting.
- Work with APIs, data connectors, and ETL/ELT tools to automate data ingestion and transformation, keeping data systems efficient and up-to-date.
- Design and manage analytics solutions to support cross-channel data integration, connecting multiple datasets to create a comprehensive view of digital marketing effectiveness.
- Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data to ensure data integrity, handling missing values, anomalies, and data inconsistencies systematically.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to build data models and analytical frameworks that enhance reporting accuracy, drive insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and deeper insights, helping stakeholders understand campaign performance and digital behaviors.
- Leverage statistical methods and machine learning techniques where applicable to create predictive models, forecast trends, and analyze customer behavior to support campaign optimization.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, providing actionable recommendations to optimize outcomes.
- Implement and oversee A/B testing for campaign variations, analyzing test results and providing recommendations to refine and improve marketing strategies.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in tools like Tableau and Looker to deliver real-time insights to stakeholders, focusing on clear, actionable metrics.
- Actively troubleshoot data and pipeline issues, maintaining a high standard of data quality and resolving issues quickly to minimize disruptions.
Who you are
- 5+ years of expertise using BigQuery and SQL for querying, transforming, and manipulating large datasets, with additional hands-on experience using Python for data processing, automation, and analytics.
- Proficient with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker/Google Data Studio, or Power BI, enabling the creation of clear and insightful dashboards that communicate complex information effectively.
- Skilled in leveraging DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformations, source control, and collaborative analytics workflows, contributing to efficient and scalable data pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication abilities to articulate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to support data-driven forecasting and advanced insights.
- Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure analytics insights meet business needs.
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward.

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Hourly pay range
₹1,260—₹1,690 INR
