As a Senior Creative Designer at XA Group, you will hold a pivotal creative role, responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling solutions that define and innovate our brand presence across diverse brands and channels. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of XA Group and its sister companies in the automotive & insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with the business goals and brand values of XA Group and its sister companies. Translate abstract ideas into engaging visual designs.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative materials, maintaining a unified and professional brand image.
- Multichannel Design: Create compelling visuals for a variety of digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, marketing collateral, and more.
- Art Direction: Lead and manage the creative direction of projects, including photography, video, and multimedia content, ensuring it aligns with the brand's message and aesthetics.
- Innovative Design Solutions: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies to bring fresh and innovative solutions to the table.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to create integrated design solutions that drive business objectives.
- Feedback and Revisions: Solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts and materials.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a creative designer, preferably in a dynamic and innovative environment. Preferably with hands-on Animation design.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of creativity and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of best practices in design for digital and print media.
- A passion for the automotive, insurance, and healthcare sectors and an understanding of their visual needs.
