We’re looking for a Senior Data Analytics consulting professional to join our team — someone who has worked in leading consulting companies and can engage effectively to drive strategic outcomes consistently with very senior stakeholders at the CXO level.
Requirements
What you’ll do…
- You will be a key member of our Consulting team helping our clients improve business decisions and actions by linking customer data analytics to strategic recommendations that influence real business change.
- You will look to answer complex business and data questions, with a passion for extracting actionable insights from data, structured thinking and successfully collaborating across teams.
- You will own data and analytics requirements, design functional data models, KPI standardisations and design the dashboards/report visualisations, plan and execute user acceptance tests and user adoption of delivered customer insight solutions.
- You will provide techno-functional support to solution and delivery team — acting as the connective tissue between business ambition, user needs and scalable delivery.
- You will own and manage business stakeholders’ expectations and nurture relationships with them. You will be required to conduct requirements workshops with client stakeholders, document them, conduct playback sessions to validate and secure sign off on the functional scope — partnering closely with SLTs and CXO-level sponsors to shape vision, prioritise value and drive alignment.
- You will collaborate with NowVertical Delivery teams to build proof of concepts, demos, and working propositions to take to market, participating in pre-sales activities including proposal workshops, Statement of Work (SoW) and presentations to clients — bringing an entrepreneurial lens to solution thinking, competitive positioning and value realization.
- You will also help our clients understand and interpret customer behavioural trends and recommend actions that will overcome their business problems— essentially acting as a transformation catalyst who turns insight into outcomes.
- You will be expected to build and contribute to value generation through building and enhancing solution accelerators, frameworks and reusable methods to typical solution components — influencing best practices, and building data-product thinking into how we deliver.
You’ll do it using…
- Tools and methodologies like Agile, prioritisation techniques etc. to elaborate business requirements into use cases and solution features — bringing rigor, facilitation skill and design thinking to ambiguity.
- Your expertise in analysing customer data from digital channels (e.g., website content/mobile apps/social media/web logs etc) and transactional systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, E-commerce, Marketing Automation, Subscription Management, Registration systems etc) to derive customer insight and analytics — turning signal into strategy.
- Your past experience in managing senior stakeholders at senior and middle management level for various projects — influencing direction, trade-offs and investment decisions.
- Your experience in delivering analytics and data management solutions on cloud based platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP etc.
- Expertise in delivering BI and customer analytics solutions involving data analysis, customer analytics use cases like churn/retention/segmentation/LTV and applying them across marketing, sales, digital and service functions — making data stories matter to business outcomes.
- Working knowledge/understanding of customer analytics use cases, cloud data warehouses, data lakes and data marts, logical data models, SQL queries to analyse source data entities, ETL/ELT to deliver customer insights and analytics engagements — combining business fluency with technical depth.
- Ability to work independently and in ambiguous environments, influence others and lead teams focused on specific objectives, across multiple work streams of large projects — being both architect and orchestrator of value.
- Experience in leading presentations and playback sessions to present findings in a simple and clear manner — you’ll inspire, not just inform.
- Experience influencing clients to make the right decisions for successful project completion — acting as a trusted advisor, not just a delivery resource.
