- Demonstrating knowledge of NetSuite while supporting data requirements, translating requirements into implementation, configuration for testing events, report development and ultimately supporting the deployment into a production state
- Demonstrating problem solving techniques to succinctly organize facts and recommendations
- Developing personal networks towards establishing long term relationships leading to new opportunities
- Establishing project governance and collaboration with other project team members and contractors to ensure successful delivery of client projects through entire implementation lifecycle (Analyze/Design, Build/Test, Deploy and Support)
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with business and functional team members to align objectives, resources and expectations.
- Working with leadership to refine current program management strategy, processes, tools, techniques and bring forward lessons learned with execution challenges / barriers
Preferences:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Information Technology
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle ERP implementation (requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support)
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules like OneWorld, CRM, eCommerce, WMS, Advanced Financial Suite (GL, AR, AP, Purchasing etc)
- Understanding of multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments
- Expertise in NetSuite SuiteScript 1.0/2.0
- Hands-on experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Proficiency in customizing dashboards, records, and workflows within NetSuite
- Experience in conducting discovery sessions, GAAP analysis, and preparing functional/technical specifications independently
- Ability to effectively engage US based teams and clients independently
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant & NetSuite SuiteFoundation certifications
- Open to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Work in shifts (Late evening & Night shifts)
- NetSuite Experience: 5 to 10 years
