POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst supports the organization by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and assisting in the implementation of technology solutions. This role collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs, documents system specifications, and helps ensure solutions align with company objectives. The analyst will learn and apply best practices in business analysis and systems support, contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports business with software critical to operations including troubleshooting, user/data maintenance and coordinating with core-tech IT for infrastructure support.
- Assists in gathering and documenting business requirements for new systems or enhancements.
- Analyzes current business processes and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Supports the implementation and testing of business systems and applications.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Prepares reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Helps troubleshoot issues and provide support for business systems users.
SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of databases and business systems.
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related required.
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience in corporate environment.
- Project experience in business analysis, systems support, or related area preferred.

Pay Range:
