In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proficient in understanding Jira and the Atlassian Tool Suite
- General understanding of technology change management and budgeting processes
- 4+ years of Power BI reporting experience
- 4+ years of data analytics and modeling experience
- Strong data analyst and report writer who can help enhance our Product Change Management reporting and insights environment.
- Understand new reporting requirements from our executive, change enablement, change delivery, or financial stakeholder communities, and help convert these requirements into new Power BI based reports/insights.
- Working with the Reporting Lead to
- Understand and help prioritize new reporting requirements
- Work in our existing Jira (and other connected related database) Power BI environment to design/implement the data model which will be needed to enable the prioritized reporting requirement
- Build and test prioritized reporting requirements into fully functional Power BI Reports
- Document the functionality, usage, and release notes for completed reports which are ready for production
- When needed react to product support request and fix/update production reports
- No of days working from office in a week : 3 out of 5
- Shift followed : 1:30 pm IST to 10:30 pm IST
- Work location : Bangalore
