Location - Gurugram (On Site)
As business analyst in Tax operations , you will be responsible for analyzing any new requirement /project impacting Tax operations.
You will also support operations team in increasing the efficiency of existing processes
Responsibilities
-
Develop business requirements of new initiatives in cooperation with the business owner, and translate them into specifications for developers to implement along and for QA for testing.

Have a long term strategic view on where your lines of business, product or platform is moving, both within Saxo and in the industry as a whole

Help to Manage the Product/Project Backlog alongside the Business Owner - Keep it prioritized, ensure it is structured and with the right amount of detail

Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Saxo’s architecture and components to drive more efficient analysis

Ability to do requirement analysis seamlessly across Business and IT

Work actively with functional delivery in reviewing test scenarios and drive UAT’s and to help the Releases committed to
-
Challenge business to deliver clear requirements and present a strong business case

Work closely with operations for process improvement and automation
Your profile
Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:

Required experience 8-14 years

Corporate Action withholding tax
-
IRS tax reporting
-
Good MS SQL knowledge
-
Eagerness to learn

Good communication skills
