Fello is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to bring our AI-powered platform to life through exceptional visual design. You'll partner closely with product, marketing, and leadership to create stunning, user-centered visuals that elevate our brand, drive engagement, and make complex ideas beautifully simple.

You’ll shape the look and feel of everything from landing pages and product interfaces to data visualizations and storytelling assets. • Craft Product Visuals: Design and refine assets across Fello’s platform—landing pages, user interfaces, emails, and direct mail—to enhance the customer journey.
• Elevate Brand and Marketing:  Partner with product marketing to create compelling graphics that highlight features, value props, and new launches. Own visuals across web, email, social, and presentations.
• Design for Engagement: Turn insights and data into clean, digestible visuals that make complex concepts actionable and compelling.
• Drive Brand Consistency: Evolve and maintain Fello’s visual identity, ensuring cohesion across all touch points—from product to performance marketing.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure visual design supports strategic priorities.
• Iterate with Purpose: Rapidly refine work based on feedback and performance, always anchoring in business goals and user needs.
• Push Boundaries: Stay on top of design trends, especially in marketing automation and AI. Bring new ideas, formats, and techniques to the table.

• 5+ Years Experience: A proven track record designing for B2B SaaS, marketing tech, or data-heavy products. Experience with AI-powered tools is a strong plus.
• Design Fluency: Expertise in Figma (especially Auto Layout) and Adobe Creative Suite. Bonus if you bring motion/animation chops for richer storytelling.
• Stellar Portfolio: A sharp portfolio that shows not just final work, but your thinking, process, and versatility across mediums.
• Brand Stewardship: Experience evolving and scaling visual identity systems, and applying them across diverse surfaces with consistency.
• Craft Obsession: A pixel-perfect eye for detail—color, typography, composition, spacing—with an intuitive sense for what feels elevated.
• Clear Communicator: You articulate design rationale with clarity, take feedback without ego, and thrive in collaborative environments.
• Data Design Skillset: Ability to transform complex data into charts, infographics, and visual narratives that resonate and inform.
• Adaptable and Curious: Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities. A genuine interest in AI and new ways to communicate visually.
