Get ready to:
Build backend services that bring AI capabilities to life inside our Payroll workflows
Collaborate with ML engineers and operations to create real-world AI-powered tools
You’ll bring:
8+ years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering
JavaScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL experience
Strong API integration skills
Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs into production systems
Comfort working with unstructured/messy data and ETL pipelines
Bonus if you have:
Python scripting experience for AI workflows
Familiarity with OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic APIs
Experience building chatbot or conversational interfaces
Prompt engineering fundamentals
Document/file parsing (CSV, PDF, Excel)
