Job Description
- Examine data from different sources like webapp, files, databases.etc. to provide insights into RW’s business performance and customer behavior.
- Identify opportunities for improvement through analysis of key metrics and KPI’s related to user.
- Create and refine metrics, reports, dashboards, and visualizations that deliver actionable insights for key stakeholders.
- Skilled in using advanced statistical analysis and Data Modeling to derive insights from large datasets
- Develop and Implement data models to optimize operational processes.
- Implement advanced predictive models to forecast trends.
- Establishing robust Data cleansing and validation processes to improve data accuracy and support effective decision making.
- Mentor, train, and supervise analyst-level team members, fostering skill development and collaboration.
- Build strong working relationships with technology teams, corporate functions, and business leaders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Document and enhance reporting processes, proactively driving standardization and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach junior developers and team members
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst with expertise in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Business Process modelling and Data Modelling
- Familiarity withTableau/ Micro Strategy or other business intelligence visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong technical capabilities with MS Office Suite specifically Advanced Excel for Data analysis and Charts/Dashboard creationl, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to write Expert-level SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Python development experience for Data analysis and Manipulation- intermediate level.
- Experience in Data Profiling, Data Cleansing and Data validation is plus.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working independently or collaboratively as needed.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn new tools and technologies
