YOUR NEW ROLE

•Analyse, track and review business performance on key customer centric metrics

•Support in the development & delivery of analytics capabilities to uncover customer centric insights driving engagement.

•Uncover deep customer insights to drive Customer Engagement, Customer Lifetime Value, Main Banking relationship. Work with stakeholders and peers to prioritise key analytics.

•Developing insightful, intuitive dashboards to scale the analytics across Everyday Banking Relationships team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

•Over 5 plus years' experience as a data analyst.

•Proven ability to analyse data and present it in an effective and meaningful manner

•Commercial acumen, an ability to mine data and using your contextual skills, find the insights that will be valuable to the business

•Experience in business analysis in a banking context will be viewed favourably

•Advanced or demonstrable experience in SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel and SharePoint.

•Ability to convert data into information and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

•Understand financial services data and able to understand data models and relationships to compile reporting and metrics.

•Ability to design, develop, execute, complete ETL and present data in a graphical or pictorial format based on requirements using Power BI.

•Attention to detail, self-managed, strong data and problem-solving capabilities.

•Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a cross-functional team.
