Your New Role
- Champion data-driven decision making in alignment with the ED&A data strategy and PB priorities.
- Build and maintain modern data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and adaptability to emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership on best practice management information (MI), AI-driven analytics
- Drive the adoption and integration of Gen AI and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and automation opportunities across the business.
- Ensure the business is continually supported with timely, relevant, and context-rich reporting and analytics.
- Delivery of 90 day goals to provide business and process improvements.
- Enable compliance with all statutory reporting requirements.
What will you Bring
- 5+ plus years experience in data analytics
- Demonstrated delivery of AI-powered reporting solutions and automation in a business context.
- Experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into AI/analytics solutions.
- Track record of upskilling teams advanced analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data warehouse infrastructures and data standards
- Experience with data warehouse infrastructures, data standards, and compliance.
- Advanced understanding of customer engagement platforms and/or contact centre technology.
- Desirable experience in tech delivery pipelines
