In this key role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting critical accounting operations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently. You will play an essential role in maintaining compliance, improving financial processes, and supporting the company’s overall financial health.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial information to management.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and other financial systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the on-site team.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or equivalent is an advantage.
