This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

What you'll get to do...
- Partner with teams across GoDaddy to develop and execute go-to-market paid search plans.
- Utilize data-driven methodologies to evaluate SEM campaign performance and implement strategic recommendations.
- Lead campaign management including keyword expansion, copywriting, bid strategies, and segmentation.
- Measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize performance based on insights.
- Recommend strategies based on market dynamics and competition.
- Conduct A/B test experiments to enhance bidding, copy, and landing page strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategy & expertise with SEM campaign setup.
- Support automation adoption and drive innovation.
Your experience should include...
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Paid Search roles.
- Expertise in managing high-budget Paid Search accounts.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Proficiency in campaign analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics & Tableau.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Jira and Workfront.
- Ability to run controlled experiments, with a track record of continuous optimisation through experimentation.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
