I’m currently hiring for a Software Development Engineer – Lead – Encompass (Singleview), a senior technical leadership role where you’ll define and drive the architecture for solutions built on Encompass (Singleview). You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design scalable, reliable systems that power critical customer experiences.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the overall technical vision and architecture for Encompass (Singleview) solutions, ensuring alignment with CSG’s technology strategy and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, system architecture, integration patterns, and implementation approaches.
- Architect, design, and document end-to-end solutions on Encompass (Singleview), owning the solution in full or for key components.
- Act as a hands-on technical partner, providing guidance on design, code, configuration, performance, and scalability.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical and system design challenges, and proactively recommend improvements.
- Own and maintain technical standards, system specifications, and documentation to drive consistency and reusability across teams.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Brings 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture roles on complex, enterprise-level systems.
- Has 2+ years of design and architecture experience with Encompass (Singleview), including configuration and integration.
- Possesses strong expertise in system design, integration, and Encompass product configuration.
- Is skilled at collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-complexity environments.
- Has experience mentoring development teams and contributing to architectural practices.
- Is willing to be hands-on with coding and/or configuration within Encompass (Singleview) when required.
