The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams in the area of regulatory compliance, maintenance of product licenses and technical writing of CMC documents. The team members of the global M&S Services Hub will act as partners in carrying out tasks and fulfilling responsibilities to support global quality activities with a focus on technical writing.

Main responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coach Team Members: Guide the team in Agile practices and principles, helping them to become self-organizing and efficient.

• Foster a collaborative environment: promote collaborative environment that enables teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.

• Remove Obstacles: Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team's progress.

• Manage Timelines: Oversee the project’s scope and timeline, ensuring deliverables are met on time.

• Foster Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Monitor Performance: Track and report on team performance, using tools like Jira and using metrics generated by the tool.

About you:

• Experience: Experience in data engineering domain.

• Soft skills & Technical skills: Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Scrum and other Agile methodologies. Leadership: Excellent servant leadership skills to support and motivate the team.

• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve team metrics, uncover inefficiencies, and implement changes that drive meaningful outcomes. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

• Previous experience in a Scrum Master role and familiarity with software development processes.

• Education: Engineering/B.Tech/M.Tech Degree, CSM/Agile certification

• Languages: Verbal and written fluency in English​
