Müller's Solutions is looking for a knowledgeable SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions related to the management of real estate processes leveraging SAP RE-FX functionality. You will work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and implement effective SAP solutions that enhance their real estate management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive solutions using SAP RE-FX.
- Implement, configure, and optimize RE-FX functionalities including contract management, billing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of RE-FX with other SAP modules and systems.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on RE-FX processes and practices.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the configurations and customizations made in RE-FX.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing RE-FX implementations.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in SAP RE-FX and real estate management best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with SAP RE-FX or in a similar role focused on real estate management.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to real estate management, including leasing, maintenance, and billing.
- Experience with SAP integration practices and working knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and experience with data management practices.
- SAP certification in RE-FX or related areas is preferred.
