In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support in the design, development, and implementation of ABAP solutions within our SAP environment. You will work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs, reports, and enhancements based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to gather and analyze requirements for SAP solutions.
- Perform unit testing and assist in system and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ABAP-related issues and provide ongoing support.
- Optimize existing code for performance, efficiency, and maintainability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP ABAP and related technologies.
- Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and solution designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming, including reports, enhancements, and BAPIs.
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in teams.
- SAP ABAP Certification is a plus.
