We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Associate with strong experience in Salesforce testing. The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of Salesforce administration (profiles, users, sharing rules, etc.), and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a global team.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules and integrations.
Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes through manual testing.
Leverage Salesforce admin knowledge (profiles, roles, users, sharing rules, object permissions) in validating test scenarios.
Contribute to test planning, QA framework enhancement, and QA process improvements.
What Sets You Apart
3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA testing.
Good knowledge of basic Salesforce Admin tasks (profiles, users, sharing settings, security model , reports and dashboards).
Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, APIs, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
Experience working through defect identification and monitoring resolution.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira.
