Role: Senior Salesforce Developer
Experience level: 5 to 8 Yrs.
Job Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all types of standard Salesforce Development and customization. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications.
- Responsible for developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions. Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
- Seek out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
- Define, communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Force.com development.
- Hands on experience in Salesforce administration, development (Apex, Triggers, batch class) is a must.
- Hands on experience in Salesforce integration with external applications (using REST API) is a must.
- Experience in Profile, Role and Data Security in Salesforce Admin.
- At least Salesforce PD1/Developer and Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory. PD2 certification will be preferred.
- Must be able to translate functional requirements into technical requirements
- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices
- Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter)
- Must have good communication skills to interact with business users.
- Candidate should be confident enough to communicate directly with the end user/customer without supervision.
- Following modules hands-on experience is preferred. Sales Cloud, Lightning Migration, Payment Gateway and Lightning component
