Digicom Technology Solutions (DTS), headquartered in the USA, is looking for a senior level Salesforce Developer/Administrator to work remotely from your India based home office and support one of our USA based clients, a natural health education and fasting facility. Once hired, you will work directly for our client. DTS specializes in managing computer networks for organizations throughout the USA and has been in business since 2008.
Working hours will be 8 am to 5 pm PST, including a 1-hour break (USA time).
Our provisional application window for this position is two weeks from job posting date. Provided we do not need to extend this window, we plan on making our final hiring decision 3-4 weeks after posting date.

Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development: Work with Salesforce EHR platform provider to develop new features and functionality.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine configuration management, and security settings within Salesforce to ensure optimal performance.
- Process Automation: Design and implement flows and validation rules that support efficient data entry and clinical reporting.
- Reporting: Create dashboards and custom reports to track patient engagement metrics and operational efficiency.
- Patient Portal Support: Act as a primary point of contact for patients struggling to access or utilize the patient portal, providing clear, empathetic, and technical guidance.
- Insurance Verification: Conduct thorough administrative reviews of patient files to verify insurance coverage, resolve eligibility discrepancies, and ensure accurate billing documentation.
- Customer Service Liaison: Serve as a frontline resource for patients, resolving inquiries related to their account status, appointment information, or portal functionality.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify recurring patient pain points within the Salesforce UI or portal experience and recommend/implement intuitive interface improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in Salesforce development/administration and preferably, prior experience working within a healthcare setting or clinical environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (Profiles, Roles, Flows, Reports, and Dashboards).
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model, how & when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.
- Domain Knowledge: Working familiarity with healthcare administrative processes, specifically regarding insurance verification and patient record management.
- Communication: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand instructions for non-technical users.
- Documentation: Ability to devise and document operating procedures using videos, checklist and progressive disclosure instruction pages.
- Compliance Awareness: Firm grasp of healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and the importance of data security in a CRM environment.
- Personal Characteristics: Positive attitude, excellent time management skills, passion for teamwork, reliable and punctual.
- Home Office Requirements: Secure and quiet work area, internet connection capability of at least 20 Mbit download and reliable power (must have a whole house UPS if unreliable).
- Background Check: Able to pass a background check.
