About the position:

Netskope is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Team. This role will be responsible for working cross functionally with go to market stakeholders to understand and deliver on key initiatives. They will accomplish this through analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, managing project timelines and delivery, and enabling end user adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, and experience working within a complex Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements
  • Own the end to end management of Salesforce projects within Jira, including backlog grooming, development of a Salesforce sprint cycle, solution documentation, and end user enablement
  • Partner with GTM Operations leads and leadership to prioritize requests and organize a monthly roadmap
  • Partner with the Salesforce Development Team to design and implement scalable solutions
  • Standardize collection of project requirements and develop a consistent communication cadence with stakeholders
  • Develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders to monitor progress on projects
  • Create and maintain a monthly GTM Systems newsletter that highlights completed and upcoming projects
  • Maintain repository of Salesforce training materials and project documentation
  • Work with end users to measure Salesforce adoption and identify areas of improvement
  • Promote best practices within Salesforce and third party connected applications

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst at a B2B SaaS company
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience managing projects end to end, including requirements gathering, backlog grooming, sprint cycles, project rollouts, and post mortems
  • Background in working with complex Salesforce environments that include Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
  • Familiarity with standard Salesforce architecture
  • Familiarity with project management tools (preferably Jira)
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to evaluate business requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
