We are currently seeking a highly driven Salesforce Administrator to join our team. While this role requires prior Salesforces A dministration experience, we do not require CPQ Billing experience ; Enverus will provide training in this area.

Performance Objectives
- Manage Salesforce sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Maintain the revenue cloud and build custom reports and dashboards.
- Perform database maintenance including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases as well as provide training and support for those releases.
- Document processes include error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Prepare reports for Global Revenue Team
- Manage Billing cases and resolve Sales Tax Issues
- Use Conga to setup new Invoice templates
- The job includes other duties and responsibilities assigned by management
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
- Extensive experience in the administration, maintenance, and upgrades of salesforce systems, and ensuring successful integrations.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain salesforce databases.
- In-depth knowledge of salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CPQ is a plus but not required , Enverus will provide training .
- Knowledge of Field Service Lightning is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in technology or related field
- Salesforce certified administrator
