The CSM will manage end-to-end Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Logistics for Ceragon Networks across India & SAARC. Operating in the telecom and wireless networking industry, this role blends customer success, stakeholder management, and operational execution with a strong focus on driving revenue, ensuring compliance, and delivering customer satisfaction. The CSM will also lead and develop a team to strengthen business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Revenue Operations aligned with business targets.
- Plan and deliver shipments as per schedule, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
- Plan shipment allocation strategically for cost efficiency and improved delivery timelines.
- Oversee international & local shipments across borders for cost-effective and seamless movement.
- Manage customer relationships & vendor coordination, resolving escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain for smooth execution.
- Ensure customs, Incoterms, and trade compliance.
- Optimize processes for efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage POs, inventory, and order fulfillment while keeping customers informed.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business.
- 7+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferably within Telecom / Networking industry).
- Expertise in ERP systems, logistics tools, and trade documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and global freight protocols.
