Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales efforts in the rapidly growing field of digital forensics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital forensics industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients across various sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify emerging market trends, opportunities, and challenges within the digital forensics’ domain.


Business Development:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients, including law enforcement agencies, legal firms, corporate security teams, and government organizations.
  • Expand the company’s market presence by networking and forming strategic partnerships.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and offering tailored solutions.


Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s digital forensics solutions, including software, hardware, and services.
  • Educate clients on the value and application of digital forensics solutions to address their unique challenges.


Team Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the sales team and provide training on digital forensics solutions and sales techniques.
  • Support cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.


Market Research & Reporting:

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.


Qualifications:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • A technical background in digital forensics or cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Proven track record of 7+ years in govt. sales, preferably within the digital forensics, cybersecurity, or technology sectors.
  • Experience in handling complex sales cycles and managing high-value accounts.


Skills:

 

  • Strong understanding of digital forensics processes, tools, and services (e.g., forensic extraction, management, and Analysis).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.


Additional Requirements:

 

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation in digital forensics and cybersecurity solutions.
