As a Sales Manager for Exchange Listings at LATOKEN, you will drive the “IPO” of emerging digital assets—helping projects list on our exchange to acquire traders.
You will identify and qualify potential token listings, understand their business models and marketing strategies, and craft personalized outreach to founders.
Your goal is to build trust, close deals, and ensure successful listings while earning bonuses from listing revenue and traders acquired, paid within 24 hours.
We provide training and inbound leads for diligent, fast learners, with rapid advancement opportunities to Partner Manager, where you can earn a revenue share from your team’s sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect crypto founders interested in listings or marketing through ICO platforms, crypto aggregators, and social media.
- Sell listings and airdrops by establishing trust and demonstrating your ability to make the listing successful.
- Ensure high-quality execution of listings, achieve high NPS, and generate word-of-mouth referrals.
- Earn bonuses for traders acquired through your listings, increasing your overall compensation.
- Respond in real-time to inbound leads and maintain an organized CRM for efficient deal flow.
- Proven sales and crypto experience 2+ years.
