Purpose
As a NaughtOne A&D Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of NaughtOne sales within the North & West territory to achieve agreed targets. You will be responsible for building NaughtOne sales via A&D Practices across the North & West region also liaising and supporting Dealers whilst interacting with end user customers to win projects. This role will play a key role in delivering the NaughtOne India growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Key member of the NaughtOne India Sales team in fostering a culture of affinity and loyalty for naughtone within the broader influencer groups, i.e., MillerKnoll Sales, A&D, Dealers, End Users
- Play a key role in delivering the NaughtOne India growth strategy for North & West region
- Developing knowledge, understanding and relationships with A&D practices in your region
- Grow NaughtOne sales through the A&D market & work with the India national Sales Manager and International Sales director to develop strategies and events programme to deliver against sales target and key KPIs.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives such as attend trade shows, evening dealer events and marketing events to grow brand presence and influence regional A&D audience.
Core Competencies
- Proven track record (3 -5 years) of successful contract / capital goods industries
- Sales & training experience (minimum of 3 years)
- Keeps external and internal customers at the forefront at all times.
- Strives to proactively address customer needs & to provide consistent high levels of customer service using high level written & oral communication skills
- Experience, knowledge & understanding of the contract interiors market, if not furniture, Flooring, Fabrics, Lighting etc
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the confidence to inspire others
- An organised self-starter with excellent problem solving
Dimension of role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the role is Mumbai based. The successful role holder must also be able to travel within India as well as internationally to UK.
