- Lead the direction for process and tools
- Oversee the overall portfolio
- Provide guidance and oversight for program and project managers delivering portfolio activities

- Extensive experience in portfolio management including financials in a complex matrix organization
- Extensive experience partnering with strategic leaders and building collaborative working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including in technology, finance and operations
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams in an international environment
- Ability to master details across broad subject matters and synthesizing the essence in concise communication
- Experience in financial, organizational, risk and change management

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree
Advanced English is required
Job specific requirements:
- At least 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager, PMO, Deployment Manager or similar roles.
- Strong experience in SAP system implementation projects with S4Hana, participating in the deployment, testing, and cutover stages.
- Familiarized with agile methodologies
- Experience in risk management and vendor management
- Good skills of communication with multicultural teams on large projects involving different regions in LATAM
- Knowledge in tools such as Jira, MS project and Power BI.
