As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing our Go-To-Market processes, enhancing data accuracy, and providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer, Analytics and Finance teams to ensure alignment in our revenue-generating efforts, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. You will also play a key role in developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports that track our key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing stakeholders to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will support the implementation of tools and technologies that streamline our GTM operations, ensuring our systems are not only effective but also scalable.

ROLE 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to streamline processes and enhance workflows
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of revenue-related data across all systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Manage documentation and process repositories, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, accessible, and clearly communicated to promote process compliance and best practices
  • Conduct enablement sessions for GTM teams to provide training on tools, processes, and best practices
  • Manage and maintain our GTM tech stack

  • Experience:
    • You have 2-4+ years of professional experience, with 1-2+ years of experience in GTM operations at a B2B SaaS company
    • You have familiarity with being a Salesforce Administrator
    • You have worked at a product-led growth organization
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communicator: You're able to distill complexity into clear and concise messaging. You’re effective across various mediums and are excellent at working in a remote-first environment.
  • Data-driven: You know how to define, measure, and manage sales funnel metrics.
  • Relationship Builder: You place a high value on building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Start-to-Finish Ownership: Acts with 100% responsibility for their own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company.
  • Bias to action: Speed matters. Takes rapid and decisive steps forward, even in the face of uncertainty, recognizing action is the catalyst for progress and growth.
  • Location: We're open to you joining us in our San Francisco office or from a home office anywhere in North or South America.

SALARY INFO 💸

The Revenue Operations Analyst role spans several internal levels and a wide breadth of experience at Superhuman. Our compensation band reflects the potentially broad range of candidates and experience levels we are open to hiring for this role.

Our OTE for this role ranges from $72,000 - $101,000. The range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary (95% of OTE), benefits, and company stock options.

We are open to candidates in the US, Canada, or Latin America. We take a locally informed approach to non-US-based compensation and will be able to share more specific ranges based on your country of residence.
