Developing / monitoring accounting / costing internal control processes & review thereof;
Ensuring compliance of financial, audit & other regulatory aspects in relation to the projects;
Implementing provisions of Direct / Indirect Taxes , TDS and tax planning.
Need to handle company secretarial matter.
Desired Candidate Profile
The desired candidate should possess experience in heading Finance & accounts in Real Estate Industry.
Should have good exposure in Finance, Accounts, Secretarial, Legal.
The candidate should be a Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) with minimum 15-20 years experience in any Real Estate Industry and should possess experience handling Finance and accounts of a Large / medium size firm.
Should be well versed with Corporate and taxation laws
.Experience in reputed Real estate company with expertise in budgeting, liasioning, finance management, MIS Reporting , Internal Audit, Cost controls, etc
Should have strong exposure in Project Finance, Finance Orientation, Costing, working capital, General Accounting, Finance etc.
Must be computer Savvy with command over Ms-Office / Tally ERP.
Should be confident and energetic, Should be a team player and result oriented professional.
Should be an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.
Must have People Management skills.
Able to work independently under tight time schedules
