KUBRA is in growth mode and currently seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our Data Analytics Team!
As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for building interactive dashboards and deploying them on the portal. A secondary focus of the role is to do data discovery, data exploration and provide insights.
This is a hybrid role for our Mississauga office.
What you get to do every day
- Design, Build and Maintain Dashboards and Reporting pipelines.
- Own the responsibility from developing the reports to deploying the reports.
- Discover new KPIs to keep track of the business and to provide better insights.
- Work with Data Engineers to provide the requirements for the reporting.
- Work with the Finance and the Client teams to automate manual processes and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports.
- Share technical knowledge with coworkers.
- Stay up to date with the state of the art of data infrastructure and processes.
- Other duties as assigned

What skills do you need?
- Undergraduate or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Analytics.
- Overall experience of at least 3 to 4 years in building reporting solutions.
- Hands on Knowledge of Data Modeling and Warehousing.
- Demonstrable experience with SQL, Power BI/Looker.
- Preferable to have experience with one or more of Python, R.
- Preferable to have some cloud experience especially AWS.
