Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Release Train Engineer (RTE) to play a pivotal role in our Agile transformation. The RTE will lead and optimize value delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring seamless processes and consistent delivery of business value.
Key responsibilities

• Lead the Agile Release Train process, ensuring synchrony across teams and optimizing performance.
• Facilitate key events and ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and ART Sync meetings.
• Manage dependencies between teams, providing transparency and clarity to support alignment with overall objectives.
• Support the creation and maintenance of the Vision, roadmap, and program backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics, providing insights into the ART's health and making data-driven decisions for improvement.
• Foster an innovative culture, promoting the adoption of new tools and practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Act as a servant leader, coaching ART teams to self-organize and achieve top-level performance.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Work Experience, Technical Knowledge, and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years in an Agile environment with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as RTE or Scrum Master, focusing on data product delivery.
• Profound understanding of Agile software product development with distributed virtual teams, particularly SAFe practices and principles.
• Skilled in using Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with expertise in problem-solving and risk management.
• Well-versed in integration patterns and best practices for system connectivity.
• Experience in at least one of the technology platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, and Azure data platforms is required.
• Skilled in data engineering, AI, and analytics technologies.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
• Experienced in modern data integration technologies and design patterns.
• Strong grounding in data governance, data stewardship, data quality, data privacy, and data security.
• Knowledge of data domains in AgTech, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and HR is valuable.
• Background in CPG and Retail industries is beneficial.
• Strong delivery focus through cross-functional collaboration.
• Certification in Agile or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a must.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
