Release Co-Ordinator
Experience- 3-5 years
Location- Kochi, Coimbatore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end release activities across development, QA, DevOps, and business
- Create, track, and manage Change Requests (CRs) in alignment with ITIL change management
- Review and approve DevOps pipelines to ensure deployment readiness and compliance with release
- Conduct release readiness reviews and ensure all quality gates are met before
- Schedule and manage production releases with minimal disruption to business
- Facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and document release
- Monitor post-release activities and ensure proper incident management if
- Maintain release documentation, reports, and audit
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational governance
- Communicate release status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Release Management / Change
- Strong hands-on experience in creating and managing Change Requests (CRs).
- Experience reviewing and approving DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps / Jenkins / similar CI/CD tools).
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and change management
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum
- Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or
- Strong risk assessment and impact analysis
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple releases
- High attention to detail and problem-solving
- Strong organizational and time-management
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
- Experience in cloud environments (Azure / AWS) is an added
- Exposure to automated deployment and release governance
