Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a visionary and experienced National Head – Manufacturing to join our Enterprise Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Manufacturing Vertical at a national level, driving strategic growth through digital transformation initiatives for large corporate and government manufacturing clients.
You will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Accounts, managing a high-performing team of business development managers and solution architects to position Iron Mountain as a trusted partner in the Industry 4.0 journey.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Develop and execute a comprehensive national strategy for the Manufacturing vertical, driving revenue through new client acquisitions and the expansion of enterprise solutions within Tier-1 and Tier-2 organizations.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Operations, to deliver customized services that address the evolving supply chain and operational needs of the manufacturing sector.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards while mentoring and growing a national sales team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with vertical-specific performance targets.
12+ years of experience in Manufacturing sector sales, with a deep focus on enterprise technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Proven ability in strategic leadership and stakeholder management, with a track record of building relationships at the executive level across Automotive, Engineering, and Industrial sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
