1. Ensure Productivity of circle Head under his/her control.

3. Responsible for Managing 6-7 CCircle head - RTFX
4. Responsible for Partnerships ( Student Consultant, ADII)
5. Responsible for Imparting Training of Branches & Resources
6. Responslible for Acquiring Ultra HNI's
7. Responsible for Complianc of each transaction initiated by the branch
6. Responsible for Driving Campaign
7. Responsible for ensuring FTR and operation effeciency
8. Responsible for incremental market share of the bank in remittance business
