Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to boost loan disbursements. 
  2. Lead and mentor FOS teams, ensuring productivity and compliance. 
  3. Build and manage partnerships with fintechs and institutions. 
  4. Drive business via direct sourcing, digital platforms, and partnerships. 
  5. Collaborate with credit and ops teams for smooth processing. 
  6. Ensure high customer satisfaction, adherence to TATs, and compliance. 
  7. Provide regular performance reports and stay aligned with company and regulatory guidelines.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase loan disbursements and achieve business targets. 
  2. Lead, train, and manage FOS teams to ensure high productivity and compliance with internal processes. 
  3. Establish and nurture partnerships with fintechs, educational institutions, and other channels to expand reach. 
  4. Drive customer acquisition through direct sourcing, digital platforms, and partner networks. 
  5. Co-ordinate with credit and operations teams for seamless loan processing. 
  6. Maintain high customer satisfaction by meeting service benchmarks and regulatory standards. 
  7. Regularly report performance metrics to senior management.

Graduate/ MBA
