Regional Enterprise Account Lead will manage Nokia’s enterprise business in Mumbai across Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), Rail/Metro & Airports, Government, and Utilities by driving strategic sales of IP/MPLS, Optical (DWDM), Industrial Edge, and MCx/Mission-Critical Communications. This is a senior role requiring multiple years of experience in enterprise networking and public-sector engagements, with proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals and influence CXO-level decisions.
Responsibilities- Strategic Account Leadership: Own and grow Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), Rail/Metro, Airports, Government, and Utilities accounts in Mumbai region.
- Sales Execution: Build and maintain pipeline (3–4× quota), lead pursuits, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and close high-value deals.
- Tender Management: Navigate GeM, eProcurement, CVC/GFR compliance, bid defense, and risk mitigation for large public-sector projects.
- Partner Ecosystem: Engage and govern SIs (System Integrators), EPCs, and technology partners for joint pursuits and co-sell motions.
- CXO Engagement: Establish trusted relationships with CTO/CIO/CISO and procurement heads; run executive briefings, PoCs, and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
- Commercial Governance: Own bookings, revenue, GP%, and collections; ensure DOA compliance and forecast accuracy.

You have
- Education: BE/BTech; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 18+ years in enterprise networking/telecom sales.
- Strong BFSI & public-sector exposure; proven track record in large, complex deals.
- Skills: Tendering expertise, partner orchestration, technical acumen in IP/Optical/Edge/MCx, executive-level negotiation.
KPIs
- Bookings vs quota, pipeline coverage, win-rate, forecast accuracy, collections, partner contribution, new logo acquisition.
