We are currently on an exciting transformation journey — shifting from a traditional enterprise software provider into a technology‑enabled services business, while maintaining our long history of double‑digit, profitable growth.
To support this evolution, we are moving to a client‑outcome‑driven, horizontal delivery model. This shift creates new opportunities for specialists who want to add value across the full service lifecycle - not just within a single function.
Our Business Services Value Stream is made up of several cross‑functional Value Teams, each fully equipped with the skills and capabilities required to design, build, deploy, operate, and continuously improve our solutions.
As a Reference Data Specialist within one of these Value Teams, you will play a critical role in enabling high‑quality client outcomes. Your work will directly support client onboardings, service scalability, and the delivery of standardized, reliable solutions used across SimCorp’s managed services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining deep data expertise with business understanding, and who wants to contribute to a transformation that improves investment operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Be part of a cross‑functional, highly collaborative Value Team, working end‑to‑end on client and service outcomes
- Create and maintain IOS‑related reference data as part of client onboardings to SimCorp’s Managed Business Services and SC1 standard
- Define, improve, and maintain standards for IOS data and data loading tools, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Act as a data quality enabler for other teams, supporting build, test, run, and maintenance of standard solutions
- Work closely with Managed Business Services and Product Development, contributing to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives
- Help drive a “standard first” mindset, reducing complexity and increasing efficiency across services

- Extensive expertise in Reference Data, including the following areas:
- Parties, Portfolio Structures, Counterparties, SSIs, Collateral Structures
- Solid experience with data loading tools and Data Format Setups
- Practical experience from implementation or onboarding projects
- Understanding of investment operations and SimCorp Dimension
- Commitment to standardization, best practices, and data quality
- A transformation mindset - you enjoy improving how things are done, not just maintaining the status quo
- Effective collaboration skills and an outcome‑oriented way of working
