Job DescriptionThe Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Reductions Specialist to negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens and support the resolution of personal injury cases.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions matters.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Litify.
- Prepare closing statements and related case documentation.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience.
- Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
- Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm; Litify experience preferred.
