Lead the development of foundational iOS platform systems, shared frameworks, developer tools, architecture standards, and multi-quarter migrations across Cash App and Square. Drive performance, reliability, security, testing, observability, release safety, and AI-assisted development practices. This hands-on individual contributor role influences multiple teams, develops technical leaders, and partners broadly to improve iOS engineering quality, productivity, and product outcomes.

Leads strategic pricing and monetization across Block’s sales-driven channels. Manages a team supporting complex enterprise deals, develops pricing and approval frameworks, and partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Revenue Operations. Uses automation, AI, and data to scale Deal Desk capabilities, improve commercial governance, analyze deal economics, and identify broader pricing, packaging, monetization, and portfolio opportunities.

Conduct AI-driven security assessments across software, hardware, and firmware; develop AI-enabled offensive and defensive security tooling; identify and remediate vulnerabilities; test LLMs, agentic workflows, and cloud environments; and guide organization-wide AI security strategy. Partner with engineering and leadership, lead threat-modeling sessions, and communicate security findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
