In 2022, CommentSold debuted its lightweight video commerce plugin technology, Videeo, which gives any retailer or brand the ability to embed and go live with engaging, branded live video commerce experiences within days by easily integrating into an existing e-commerce stack.

In this role, you will
- Build user interfaces for web applications using React.js library and develop code using React Native framework
- Ensure the building of reusable and scalable components in React Native
- Problem solve, de-bug, and optimize code, ensuring proper deployment of React Native applications to various hosting environments
- Develop code that is platform-specific, ensuring access to native modules and functions
- Utilize your knowledge and proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, HTML, and CSS
- Showcase and apply application state management and routing for React Native, including local component libraries such as Redux
- Build and utilize tools to ensure proper integrations, testing and version controls
- Utilize knowledge of CI/CD practices for mobile app development
- Drive functionality and features through the use of integrated, third party libraries
- Gain a deep understanding of our product and become involved in driving out product implementation
- Join a rapidly growing technical team with the opportunity to take on both product and technical problems
- Continue to keep up to date with the latest trends in the React.js and React Native environments.
If you’re right for this role, you
- Have a strong understanding of core computer science principles
- Have 4+ years professional experience working in and writing code within React Native environment
- Have very strong proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, and ES6+
- Have familiarity with tools like Axios, Fetch API, Git, and Jest.
- Experience working on a high scale or rapidly growing web application
- Are comfortable in a fast paced, pragmatic work environment
- Comfortable working with front end components
- Experience working in a remote team
- Are a strong written and verbal communicator; Advanced English language skills
- Must be able to flex at least 4 working hours to overlap with North American timezones; Requirement to work until 3pm EST (US).
